Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment and over 30 years of expertise, GCK EMI is able to manufacture a wide range of components, from small series to industrialised production.

Our production facilities

To meet the diverse needs of modern industry, we have developed a range of specialized workshops, each equipped with the latest technology. We are able to offer a variety of services, including plastic injection molding, metal cutting and stamping, surface mounting of components, and wiring, according to your specific needs.

Our strength lies in our ability to coordinate these different workshops smoothly and efficiently.

This synergy allows us to control the entire production chain, ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage and optimized manufacturing lead times.

Plastic injection moulding

We support you in the manufacture of tools, the injection molding of parts, and the performance of measurements and tests.

In collaboration with our partners, we develop moulds for injection moulding and overmoulding.

Our machinery consists of 14 presses ranging from 50 to 350 tons:

  • 100 and 150 ton hydraulic presses
  • 160 and 350 ton hybrid presses
  • 50 ton electric presses
Cutting and stamping

Our cutting and stamping workshop is equipped with a fleet of four presses ranging from 20 to 200 tons, an AMADA CNC punching machine, and processes materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, tin-plated brass, copper, and steel.

We are able to complement our offering by integrating this service into the assembly of a finished product.

CMS – Surface Mount Device

We are equipped with an CMS line that can maintain a high production rate of up to 45,000 components per hour, or 2,000 to 4,000 assembled boards per hour.

This line supports various types of PCB technologies: multilayer FR4, SMI, flex, and flex-rigid, with dimensions up to 510 x 460 mm (including technical edges).

 

Types of components supported:

  • Package sizes from 0201
  • QFP/QFN package formats
  • SMD and/or through-hole connectors
  • Management of sub-assemblies up to 150 x 25 mm (152 mm diagonal)

 

In addition to this production line, we can offer you:

  • Systematic AOI optical testing
  • Wave soldering for through-hole components
  • Robotic tropicalization: 2 sizes of solder mask nozzles, fine and wide, to adapt the precision, and 1 gel solder varnish nozzle to prevent solder the varnish migration on the PCB

Wiring

Our wiring workshop represents the perfect balance between human expertise, technical mastery, and high quality standards. Composed of a team of eight expert technicians, it is the beating heart of 100% Made in France know-how.

Each harness is made by hand, with the support of high-performance machinery (cutting, stripping, tinning, crimping, marking, etc.), ensuring a perfect balance between productivity and precision.

We produce all types of harnesses (industrial, aeronautical, automotive, and on-board equipment, wired sub-assemblies) based on customer drawings or in collaboration with our design office.

Our wiring, which complies with the IPC620 standard, is subject to rigorous testing on test benches (visual inspection, continuity, compliance, signal). We favor local sourcing, particularly from French partners, to enhance traceability and quality.

Agile and responsive, we produce small and medium-sized runs, with personalized support and a total commitment to deadlines and reliability.
