Our presence on a site of over 7,000 square meters allows us to deploy several complementary activities with a diverse range of machines, enabling us to meet the needs of many clients.
GCK EMI supports you in tool manufacturing, injection molding, and measurement and testing. Our injection workshop is equipped with around fifteen presses ranging from 50 tons to 350 tons, including electric, hybrid, horizontal, vertical, and more.
This enables us to produce parts using various materials (PA, PP, PBT, PET, PC, ABS, PPS, PEEK) for various applications, such as automotive, electrical systems, aerospace, etc.
We are also capable of developing molds for injection and overmolding in collaboration with our partners.
Our cutting workshop is equipped with a machine park consisting of 5 presses ranging from 20 tons to 200 tons, as well as a CNC AMADA punching machine, and processes materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, brass, tinned brass, copper, and steel.
GCK EMI can complement its services by integrating this process into the assembly of a finished product.
Our wiring workshop is equipped with a KOMAX machine (cutting to length, stripping, tinning, crimping) with adjustable nail boards, manual and pneumatic crimping pliers, retention tools, test bench, tensile bench, welding station, and inkjet wire marking.
We produce electrical harnesses and integrate electrical or electromechanical components inside cabinets, equipment, machinery, or on various supports (frames, panels, etc.). We also perform their connection according to safety regulations and standards.
GCK EMI is equipped with a Panasonic SMT line capable of assembling up to 45,000 components per hour for our partners (automotive, industrial, etc.).
It is complemented by wave soldering equipment (for through-hole components) and tropicalization.
Depending on the specifications of our partner clients, we can offer in-situ testing.
Starting in 2024, we will have an oven at our disposal to increase our tropicalization capacities and reduce cycle times with improved quality.
Thanks to our assembly workshop, we can integrate all the components that make up a finished product: speedometer, steering assistance module, switchgear, etc.
We ensure the quality and reliability of these products by conducting all functional tests.
